The Valentina is family-owned and operated. Toni and I have chosen the Pismo Beach area to raise our six children, as we are in love with its small-town charm and beautiful ocean views. People here are masters in the art of living, and here at the Valentina, we wish to share this simple and relaxing lifestyle. The Valentina was first established under the name "Pismo Beach Inn" in 1945 by Lucille Dias and her husband John, though it was known as Dias Court in the late 1930s. Lucille and her husband opened the Pismo Beach Inn to further serve those who came to visit Pismo Beach. The Pismo Beach Inn was known far and wide as a place of warmth and
comfort- a true home away from home. Lucille would greet her guests with a smile, and serve them with a level of hospitality and convenience that still endures today. |

Here at the Valentina, we take great pride in the history of our quaint town, and have spent the last several years gathering rare photos of Pismo Beach, and its many movers 'n shakers. Each of our nine suites are dedicated to a colorful character of Pismo's past that has impacted this wonderful town, and made it what it is today. |
